The hotel rooms were nice but poorly lit and on the small side despite being listed as a 'suite'. The service, especially at Stacks bar/restaurant, was super friendly and responsive. The location, although close to main attractions near water, was in need of maintenance. The dining experience was better than average, but the vending machine was terrible. The facilities were not up to par with other Embassy Suites.
